Carved Watermelon

Carvings

I'm always looking to add a "WOW" factor to A La Carte's buffets and fruit carvings are a great way to do it. The watermelon to the left was for a baby shower a special client was hosting and the guests - as well as the client - loved it.

As often as possible, I try to incorporate your event's theme into the carvings, so don't be surprised if your holiday party buffet features some Christmas-style carvings like poinsettias and gingerbread houses, or your company's logo.

Have a suggestion? Shoot me an email. I'm preparing for a carving competition in January (food, it's what I do in my free time too) and want the practice.
