If you're looking for something different for your casual gathering, party platters are just the thing. We bring your food right to your door, and will gladly use your personal serving pieces if you so choose. (Make sure to arrange delivery of your serving pieces with your event planner so the chefs can set them up.)

Regardless of the size of your event, plan to serve at least 2-3 varieties with one of them being vegetarian. If you've got a theme for your event, be sure to tell your event planner so we can incorporate it - like French appetizers for an Impressionist art opening and oysters on the half shell for a pearl jewelry show.

Although seasonal favorites vary, you can't go wrong offering Beef Tenderloin Canapes with Red Pepper Aioli or Coconut Shrimp with Spicy Orange Mustard Sauce, and Grilled Chicken Breast on Rosemary Skewers are always a hit.

A La Carte Catering and Events works closely with our produce supplier to bring you the freshest produce available and we incorporate those items into your event's menu. Here are some highlights:

Cucumber Cups Spring
Spring's bounty includes asparagus, baby artichokes and in late spring, fava beans. Try slender spears of Asparagus Wrapped in Proscuitto, Roman-Style Fried Artichokes and Baby Lamb Cocktail Chops Crusted in Mint and Hazelnuts.
Wild Mushroom and Provolone Bruschetta Fall
Food begins to warm up again this time of year and baked favorites like Savory Bleu Cheese and Pear Brioche Bites and Wild Mushroom Bruschetta with Smoked Provolone appear again, along with miniature Roasted Turkey and Orange Cranberry Sandwiches.
Fresh Fig with Creme Fraiche on Oatmeal Crackers Summer
